Originally from Germany, I've spent the last 12 years living, studying and working in the UK, building a career across recruiting, talent acquisition and people operations within startups and larger organisations.

Today, I create content exploring workplace conversations, leadership, human behaviour and the growing role of AI in the world of work.

Through a mix of comedy skits, storytelling and educational commentary, I unpack the situations many professionals experience every day but rarely talk about openly. From difficult manager conversations and hiring decisions to workplace culture, career growth and the future of work.

My content combines real-world industry experience with academic training in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, and Executive Training, helping people better understand what is happening beneath the surface of workplace interactions.

Based in London, I create for both the wider German-speaking (DACH) region in German language, and the wider European and international audience in English.
